Gemäldeentstehung Die Ernte unserer Holsteiner-Cox Äpfel brachte mich auf den Gedanken einer Umsetzung in ein Gemälde. Erinnerte Blicke waren - die Fixierung des zu pflückenden Apfels, - der Blick auf die angebissene Frucht und - die Blicke auf den Korb mit den Äpfeln am Boden. Was zwischen den beiden ersten Blicken zu sehen war, hatte ich mir nicht gemerkt. So ließ ich auch bei der Ideenumsetzung eine Lücke.	Creation of the painting The harvest of our Holsteiner Cox apples gave me the idea of turning it into a painting. Remembered looks were - fixing the apple to be picked, - the view of the bitten fruit and - the views of the basket of apples on the floor. I hadn't noticed what was visible between the first two glances. So I left a gap in the implementation of the idea.
