Gemäldeentstehung
Bei der Anpassung einer neuen Brille kam wieder die Messbrille zum Einsatz. Dieses Mal war ich darauf vorbereitet. Wie schon bei Phoropter und Phoropter 2 geht es beim Einsatz des Messbrille um den Vorgang des Sehens. Ich bat den Optiker um  Fotos, die sowohl eine typische Geste als auch die Messbrille und mein Gesicht zeigen würden.  Mehrere Fotos entstanden, Ausgangsvorlagen zur Umsetzung des Gemäldes Messbrille. When fitting new glasses, the trial glasses were used again. This time I was prepared for it. As with Phoropter and Phoropter 2, the use of the measuring glasses is about the process of seeing. I asked the optician for photos that would show a typical gesture as well as the trial glasses and my face. Several photos were taken, starting templates for the implementation of the painting
